| Management conference about the work during the first half year of 2016 |
| The company held a management conference about the work during the first half year of 2016 at the training room in the No. four factory. Administrative staff of the four factory participated in the meeting. |

On the first day, parts of the management staff and the four factory director issued speech of how to improve execution and how to be a good manager. Our General manager MS Yin made a conclusion at the last.
On the second day, director of No. four factory Chen Xiaoqing, deputy manager Cao Jialong, and another deputy manager Li Jie conducted special training in sequence. MS Yin made an emphasis explanation about the special training and unfolded the company’s new dream of the development.
Participants were divided into three groups and discussed the two-day’s meeting content. During the discussion, each group exposed the deficiencies and waste habits in their work, and discussed with other groups together to find a solution and made a clear deadline of the rectify and reform.
At the end of the meeting, MS Yin management conference and presented her hope of the Participants and wish TQM stamping will be better tomorrow! |
